Roy Lee Dunn Jr.
Regional Operations Manager
A native to Eastern NC, Roy started his career in construction in 1992 working as a general contractor before beginning his passion in concrete as a concrete subcontractor.
As one of the co-founders of Briegan Construction Services, Inc. established in 2002 and operating as Briegan Concrete Constructors, Roy operated as the Vice President of Field Operations until the acquisition of the company by Baker Construction Enterprises Inc. in 2018. His main role was to direct the day to day operations of the field and coordinate the scheduling and deliveries of materials, equipment, and concrete pumps to and from the projects.
Roy currently lives in Bailey, North Carolina with his wife Tammy of 18 years. They have two adult sons, Lee and Mark, who both are currently employed by Briegan Concrete.
Raleigh Operations Manager
Jackson Phillips manages the operations for our Raleigh, North Carolina region. Day to day responsibilities include oversight of scheduling, coordinating, accounting, and estimating.
Born and raised in West Lafayette, Indiana, Jackson earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Purdue University. After graduating in 2007 he moved to Apex, North Carolina where he joined Briegan Concrete Constructors, Inc. Since joining he has been heavily involved in all aspects of the business.
When not working Jackson is spending time with his wife Julie and two sons, James and Jack.
Charlotte Operations Manager
Prior to joining Briegan Concrete in 2014, he was managing high profile projects, and designing large scale concrete structures in sought after destinations throughout several countries in the Middle East.
Hamza has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and over 13 years of experience, mainly in building concrete structures. He also speaks several languages.
A Middle Eastern native, Hamza received American Citizenship in 2016. He now resides with his wife, Shana, and their three children in South Carolina.
