Roy Lee Dunn Jr.

Director of Operations

A native to Eastern NC, Roy started his career in construction in 1992 working as a general contractor before beginning his passion in concrete as a concrete subcontractor.

As one of the co-founders of Briegan Construction Services, Inc. established in 2002 and operating as Briegan Concrete Constructors, Roy operated as the Vice President of Field Operations until the acquisition of the company by Baker Construction Enterprises Inc. in 2018.  His main role was to direct the day to day operations of the field and coordinate the scheduling and deliveries of materials, equipment, and concrete pumps to and from the projects.

Roy currently lives in Bailey, North Carolina with his wife Tammy of 18 years.  They have two adult sons, Lee and Mark, who both are currently employed by Briegan Concrete.

Brandon Haston

Operations Manager – Charlotte Region

Brandon Haston manages the Charlotte, North Carolina Region’s operational functions. His responsibilities encompass managing project schedules, overseeing financial matters, and conducting cost analyses. Brandon holds an MBA from Gardner Webb University and boasts a robust 25-year tenure in the construction industry. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate of Business with a focus on Finance and Economics, demonstrating his commitment to professional development.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Michelle, with whom he shares two decades of companionship.

Jeff Parsons

Preconstruction/Estimating

With over 20 years of experience in construction, Jeff Parson manages the preconstruction and estimating for both our Raleigh and Charlotte region. Responsibilities include estimating, proposal and preconstruction presentations, project transitions to operations, assisting project management, marketing/sales, and building relationships with new and existing customers. Other responsibilities include minority participation and workforce development plans, project negotiations, building of bid schedules, and manpower planning for estimates. Born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from the University of Akron. Jeff relocated to North Carolina in 2020 to join the Briegan Concrete, LLC team.

Jamie Czuba

Director of Safety – Raleigh Region

Jamie Czuba manages all the safety for our Raleigh, North Carolina region. Day to day responsibilities include site visits, safety audits, training new employees as well as retraining employees in safety.

Born and raised in Syracuse N.Y. Jamie and his wife moved to North Carolina in April 1997. He started working in the construction field in 1997 as a carpenter and worked his way to becoming the Safety Director. Jamie joined the Briegan team in November 2014 and is involved in all aspects of the company.

When not working, Jamie is spending time with his wife Patty and two children Sarah & Reid. Jamie is a Den Leader with the Boy Scouts of America, Catholic School teacher. Jamie loves working in his garden and tending to the animals.

Adam Blanton

Director of Safety – Charlotte Region

Adam Blanton manages all the safety for our Charlotte, North Carolina region. Day to day responsibilities include site visits, safety audits, training new employees as well as retraining employees in safety.

Born and raised in Lenoir City, Tennessee, Adam moved to Lexington, NC in 1986, where he worked in MSHA Safety Training in rock quarries across the state. In 1999 Adam started his career in construction safety and is currently employed at Briegan Concrete since May 2020.

When not working Adam enjoys spending time with his wife Tish and granddaughter Alexis.
